Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the vacant post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Under the ICPS-Data Science Research Initiative Programme of Department of Science and Technology (DST-Govt. of India) in the Network

Reconstruction and Analysis (NETRA)-Lab, Department of Computer Applications, Sikkim (Central University) on a contractual basis for 06 months extendable up to 03 years.

Educational Qualification: M.Tech. in IT/CSE, M.Sc (CSE/IT) or M.C.A. (regular courses only) from any recognized institute with good academic records, sound mathematical knowledge and programming knowledge in the environment like R, Python, PHP, java scripts, etc.
Work Experience: Preference will be given to the candidates having proven experience in Data mining/Machine Learning/similar areas related to the project theme in the form of Research Papers. Hands-on knowledge in CUDA, PyCUDA, NUMBA or group for implementing parallel methods.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/-
