(A) Professor

Specialization: Physical Anthropology/ Social and Cultural Anthropology.

4. Assamese

Specialization/ Qualification:

(i) MA in Assamese Sanskrit / Bengali / Hindi/ Oriya/ English with good academy career provided that the candidates other than those who have done MA in Assamese must have proficiency in Assamese.

(ii) Publications on Comparative Literature or Equivalent research work and publications of high standard.

(iii) Experience of Teaching in University / College as assistant Professor for a period of minimum 10 years.

7. Sociology

No of posts: 01 (PWD)

Pay: Rs.1,44,200 - 2,18,200/-

Educational Qualification: M.A. in Education/M. Ed. with PG Degree in a school subject or allied subject. [OBC/MOBC]

Pay: Rs. 57,700 - 1,42,400/-

How to apply: Candidates who are willing to apply for these teaching post(s) have to send a soft copy of their filled-in application pro-forma for teaching positions in the prescribed format to email address [email protected] on or before 09.04.2020 (Thursday).

However, the hard copies of the application form (along with 07 photocopies of the same) /educational certificates/No Objection Certificate/Demand Draft and other supporting documents shall have to reach the office of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University on or before 22.04.2020 (Wednesday).
