Diploma in Shorthand writing from Industrial Training Institutes in Assam by the National Council for Vocational Trade or Diploma in Stenography from Government recognized Polytechnic of the State and having fluency in English. He/she has to pass the shorthand test. Minimum speed one should have is 80 words / minute. Candidate must have sound Knowledge in computer application.

Qualification: B.A. with B.Ed. Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates who possessed M.A. degree.
7. Assistant Teacher (Arts)

Qualification: BA with major in any subject and B.Ed degree from any recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates having Master Degree in Arts.
8. Assistant Teacher (Science)

Qualification: B.Sc. with major in Physics/ Chemistry and B.Ed. degree from any recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates having M.Sc. degree.
9. Assistant Teacher

11. Instructor

12. Craft Instructor

Qualification: Degree in any discipline from any recognized university with Diploma Certificate in fine Art/ Cane and Bamboo/ Cutting and Knitting / Embroidery from Govt. recognized institute.
13. Manual Instructor

Qualification: Degree in Fine Art from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree in Fine Art and B.Ed degree from any recognized university.
14. Work Experience Teacher

Qualification: Graduate in any stream and one who completed certificate course from Govt. recognized institution in Art and Craft (handy craft), cutting, knitting, embroidery and tailoring. Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purpose is desired.
15. Drawing Instructor

Qualification: Degree in Fine Ant from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree in Fine Art and B.Ed degree from any recognized university.
16. Music Teacher
Posts: 1
Qualification: Bachelor in Music from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates having Master degree in Music.
17. Librarian
Posts: 4
Qualification: Bachelor in Library and Information Science from any Govt. recognized University. Candidates must have knowledge in Computer application and software in the concerned field. Preference will be given to the candidate who possessed M. L. I. Sc. from any Govt. recognized University.
Age: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/ MOBC and 45 years for SC/ ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD). as on 1st January, 2020 as per Govt. Office Memorandum vide No. ABP.6/2016/51 Dated 02.09.2020. This relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years. There will be no provision tor age condensation.
