Qualification Criteria for Junior Accounts Assistant:

• Degree Examination in any discipline from a recognised university.
• He/she must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac etc such as Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Presentation Graphics, Concept of Database, Internet, E-mail.

Age Limit Criteria for GHC Junior Accounts Assistant Job Vacancy:

• Unreserved: 40 years

• OBC/MOBC: 43 years

• SC: 45 years

• ST (P) & ST (H): 45 years

• PWD: 50 years

Selection Process GHC Job Vacancy 2020:

Written Examination (Objective type multiple choices) for 100 marks of 2 hours duration on OMR answer scripts testing the English Proficiency (30 marks), General Knowledge (20 marks), General Aptitude and Reasoning (10 marks), Domain knowledge i.e. relating to Accounting, etc. (20 marks) as well as knowledge of Assamese language (20 marks). The Assamese language segment will be of qualifying nature and candidates securing at least 40% marks i.e. 8 out of 20 marks in the Assamese language segment shall be treated as qualified to appear in the Interview/Viva-voce. Viva-voce/Interview of 20 marks. Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates for 1 post) will be called to appear in the interview.
