Candidates aspiring to apply for these posts must meet the stated eligibility. The application process is online and no fee is required. Applicants have to visit the official website of AMO,ESI Scheme, Assam www.esischemeassam.com and start filling the online application form with correct and genuine contact details, educational qualification and experience.

If a candidate is called for document verification, he or she must carry original testimonials, educational documents and experience certificates along with photocopies of the same which are to be submitted. The documents and testimonials include:

(two) copies of recent passport size colour photograph which is uploaded during filling up of online application form submission.
Class-VIII passed certificate or Birth Certificate for age proof for Grade-IV & Sweeper posts.
HSLC passed certificate for Driver posts.
Admit card/Birth certificate for age proof for Driver pests.
All marksheets and passed certificate.
Caste certificate.
Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (where applicable),
Driving Licence (HMV) issued by the District Transport Authority, Govt. of Assam for Driver posts.

Selection Procedure for ESI Scheme Job Recruitment of Drivers, Grade IV and Sweepers
