Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Grade IV:

To be suitable for the advertised post of Grade IV in FIO Assam, candidates should have at least passed class VIII.

Applicants who are willing for the vacant post are advised to submit their application in prescribed Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX . Along with the application form, candidates must enclose the following documents given below:

• Self-attested copies of all Certificates / Mark sheets of educational and other qualifications, age , caste along with other testimonials including valid employment registration card.
• Affix one copy of recent self attested passport size photograph in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photographs duly self attested along with application.
• A self addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 10/-

At the top of sealed envelope, candidates must supersribe as "Application for the post of Grade-IV."
