Educational Qualification Criteria for Chief Administrative Officer:
The up-and-comer should be
a Graduate from a perceived University and should have the essential capability
according to the Assam District and Se5sions Judges Establishment ( Ministerial
) Service Rules, 1987.
Or then again One who has 3
years of constant assistance as Sheristadar of Additional District and Sessions
Judge/3 a long time as Head Assistant in the Establishment of Area and Sessions
Judge with 5 years as UDA earlier to it in the two cases or 10 years or more
constant administration as U.D. An in the Establishment of area and meeting judge
can likewise apply.
