approval accorded by the Government of Assam political (B) Department, Dispur,
Guwahati, Assam, Vide letter no. PLB.04/2020/46 dtd. 25/08/2020, application in
standard form as published in the Assam Gazette in part-IX, are hereby invited
from the intending candidates for filling up of the vacant posts in the O/o,
The Member, The Foreigners Tribunal – II, Karimganj.

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Grade- III and IV Posts Vacancy

How to Apply for
Foreigners Tribunal Job Opening:

The candidate should
submit their application in the Assam Standard Form (Part-IX) only.

3 (three) copies of
recent and coloured photographs of passport size (Self-attested) having the
name with date of birth to be superscribed at the front bottom of the photo.

Admit Card, Pass
Certificate & Mark Sheet of HSSLC Examination (self-attested) must be
submitted along with the application.

Certificate on Computer
Proficiency from a Govt. recognized Institute (minimum 6 months Diploma) for
the post of Bench Assistant & L.D. Assistant (self-attested) &
Certificate of Stenography post of Stenographer must be submitted along with
the application.

Copy of Employment
Exchange Registration Certificate (having up to date validity).

One self-address envelope
size 10"x4.5" affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- must be enclosed with
the application.

Selection Procedure for Grade- III and
IV Job Vacancy:

Canvassing directly or
indirectly shall be tender; such candidates will be unfit for the post.

No TA/DA will be
admissible to the candidates for the journey and stay at any stage of the
recruitment process.

The selection list
confers no right to appoint unless the Department is satisfied with the
suitability of the candidate after satisfactory Police verification report and
final medical examination report as per existing norms.

Those candidates whose
application is found to be in order will be called for a written test to be
held at the place and the date to be notified in due course.

The candidates must
