Educational Qualification Criteria for Junior Assistant Job Vacancy

The
Applicant must be a Graduate in any course from a recognised university. He
/She should have a good knowledge of working on any office used operating
system Le MS windows, Linus, etc such as spreadsheets, email, internet, word
processor, concept of database, etc. The Applicant must have a Diploma in
computer application, from any govt. recognised institute fora minimum of 6
months. They should have good typing knowledge in Assamese language.

Selection
Procedure for Junior Assistant Job Openings

The candidates applying for the post have to appear
for written test ,syllabus of which is below...

The selection committee will do the selection for the post of Junior
Assistant.

No TA/ DA shalladmissible in appearing for the written / practical test.

The candidates qualified in the written exam needs to present the
original documents for the further computer practical test.

The final selection will be done on the basics of aggregate marks
obtained by the candidates in both the tests written and practical. The final
list shall contain both the marks and the name of selected candidates for the
number of vacancies advertised , which will be circulated through 2 widely read
newspapers and the notice board of the Deputy Commissioner office, Dibrugarh.

All appointments will be made only after police verification and medical
fitness certificate as per procedure.

The Date of Written test and Interview will be notified through
newspaper and official website www.dibrugarh.gov.in

The Applications will only be counted till the office hours on 22 th
February '2021.
