Selection Process for Ophthalmologist, Medical Officer Job Vacancy:
- The Selection Process will be based on Interview.
- Selected candidates will be required to produce the original certificates, Pension Payment Order,Service certificate & Last pay certificate(in case of retired doctors) and attested photocopies of all certificates along with date of birth, EQ, Commun-ity , 4copies of Pass port size recent photographs at the time of joining.
- Selected candidates will be subjected to medical examination and only medically fit candidates will be engaged as GDMO.
- The contract medical practitioner who enters a contract with Railways will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity or automatic extension of the term of contract.
- The contract shall liable to be terminated by giving 07 days notice by either side, without assigning any reasons, or if the Contract Medical Practitioner is mentally/physically incapacitated.
- Engagement as CMP(GDMO) will not confer any right for automatic regularization or absorption in Railways.
- The detailed instructions with regard to the duties while in contract in Railways shall be given to CMP concerned in the event of selection along with the offer of engagement.
- Appearance in the interview will not vest any right upon the candidate to be engaged as CMP & no reasons will be cited or communication shall be made with the candidate in the event of the candidate not getting selected.
