About Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban - Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is an initiative by the Government of India in which affordable housing will be provided to the urban poor with a target of building 2 crore (20 million) affordable houses by 31 March 2022. Qualification and Eligibility Criteria City Project Manager Vacancy:
Post Graduate/Graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.
Experience in the formulation of PPP projects (including relevant concession agreement, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator, etc.)
Experience in preparing project agreement tender process, detailed legal and contractual agreement, risk management and contingent liability issues and financial analysis of complex project proposals with respect to PPP projects.
