About Nagaon Judiciary
The Judicial activity in Nagaon district has long since been playing a significant role in administering justice in the district. The district judiciary is divided into two co-related divisions with two separate heads. The divisions are known as the "Judges' Court" and "CJM's Court". The first court, where both Civil and Criminal matters are judged and decided is headed by the District & Sessions Judge while the second court, where criminal cases only are decided is headed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Both these two divisions comprise the district judiciary that is subordinate to the Hon'ble "The Gauhati High Court" at Guwahati and the District & Sessions Judge is empowered as the head of the district judiciary as well as sessions division.

Eligibility Criteria of Nagaon Judiciary
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Qualification is a class VIII pass and the candidate must have a valid Professional/ Transport Driving License.
How to Apply for Nagaon Judiciary Recruitment
Interested candidates should have to deposit their application in Standard Form in a sealed envelope in the "DROPBOX" provided for the purpose in the premises of the District & Sessions Judges' Court Building at Nagaon.
The application should be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge -cum- Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Nagaon and the applicant must mention on the envelope containing the application "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DRIVER" at the top.
The applicant will have to submit self-attested documents (Photocopy) of educational qualification, valid driving license, age proof and caste certificate along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs. Contact numbers and email id (if any) must be provided in the application.
