Oil India Limited Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Football Coach of OIL Football Team purely on contractual basis for a period of L2 (twelve) months extendable by another 12 months. Candidates can check all the job details of no of posts, age limit, salary, qualification, etc prescribed below:

Qualification for Football Coach Job Vacancy at Oil India Limited Recruitment 2024

(i) Must possess AFC (Asian Football Confederation) "A" License.

(ii) Minimum One Year Experience in High Performance Coaching at Senior National/PSPB
Level as Chief/Head Coach in the preceding year.

(iii) Experience in imparting coaching to football teams of reputed football clubs / organizations participating in State/PSPB/ National level major football tournaments altogether in India.

(iv) Minimum Education Qualification: 10+2.

(v) Good communication skill and also well conversant in Hindi and English language.

Remuneration and benefits

(1) Consolidated contractual amount of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand) Only per month. However, a deserving candidate may be considered for higher remuneration on negotiation upto a maximum remuneration of Rs.1,32,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty-Two Thousand) only per month.

(ii) Free Family / Bachelor accommodation as preferred at Duliajan.

(iii) Free medical treatment to the extent available / possible at OIL Hospital, Duliajan arising out of any work-related medical treatment for self only.

(iv) Two time leave in a year during the Contractual Engagement period (for maximum 15 days each time including to & fro journey) with pay as per the break-off schedule of OIL Football Team along with to & fro airfare (apex) from Dibrugarh to home by the shortest route. However, the Coach will also be provided Air Ticket on joining and Separation.

(v) While travelling with the OIL Football Team to participate in any tournament, the Coach will be provided with free boarding, lodging, and passage as applicable to other team members. However, he will be entitled to stay in a single room during tours with the OIL Football Team.
