MBBS with MD (Community Medicine)/MPH/DPH with 10 years of experience in managing Public Health Programmes at State or National Level

OR

20 years of experience in the health sector (including experience in disease surveillance, programme
management, or public health research) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing public health programmes at the state level as State Programme Officer.

Prior experience with NTEP or similar largescale health programmes will be preferred
