Qualifications
MCA/M.E/M.Tech/MSc in IT or Computer Science.

Essential Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development for both iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency in Flutter & Dart programming.
  • Strong experience using third-party APIs and handling API integration.
  • Hands-on with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Realtime DB, Cloud Functions).
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) & Push Notifications.
  • Socket programming experience (Socket.IO or similar) for real-time features.
  • At least one published app on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
  • Familiar with source code management tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with local databases (SQLite).
  • Solid grasp of State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Geolocation services & Google Maps integration.
  • File management: Download/Upload & file storage handling.
  • Experience with Localization for multi-language apps.
  • Implementing Pagination.
  • Hands-on with Speech-to-Text functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of Memory Management, Caching, and crash handling.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Additional Skills:
 
  • Good knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) & Pattern Matching.
  • Understanding of Basic Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) relevant to mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, custom widgets, and responsive layouts.
  • CSS knowledge is a plus (for hybrid app design).
