M.E. / M.Tech or equivalent post graduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with First Class with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale. The candidates who get selection through National Eligibility Test – CSIR -NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or Selected through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICA& ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER, NISER etc. are only eligible to apply.
