Must possess the minimum education qualification of Class X (HSLC) standard form a recognised board. Must possess a valid LMV driving license issued by competent authority.

The candidate should submit duly filled up application in standard form along with self attested copies of testimonials. Candidates must submit relevant testimonials/certificates and 4 (four) recent passport sized photographs along with the application. However, candidates have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, caste, working experience etc. at subsequent stages when asked for.

The newly opened court building in Kamrup district is situated at Amingaon. The historic place of Amingaon is situated near the bank of river Brahmaputra, where the famous battle of Saraighat took place between the ‘Ahom and the Moghals’, in the year 1671.
