Raghubir, Chief Justice, Gauhati High Court, Guwahati. The first roll of honour of District & Sessions Judge, Golaghat was Shri A. C. Saikia.
There are two sub-divisional courts viz. Sarupathar and Bokakhat under this Judiciary. Altogether, there are 14 Judicial Courts in the Golaghat District.
