Assistant-I (P&I) |
a) Any Graduate from a recognized institute/University. b) Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities will be an added advantage. c) Computer Skills: Must have basic knowledge of using Internet based applications. d) Language: Working knowledge in Assamese, Bengali and Hindi (Any two). |
a) Should have the ability to work effectively in rural areas; b) Should be self -motivated and with a passion to serve the people. c) Should be able to comprehend and communicate the organizations policies and program. d) Ability to work independently as well as in teams |

Assistant-I (Marketing) |
a)Graduate from a recognized institute/University. b) Working Experience: 1 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing Preferably from FMCG/Food product industry c) Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and other related applications. d) Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi |
1. Good communication skills (pleasant and convincing) 2. Language (Assamese, Hindi, Bengali & English). English mandatory. 3. Must have two-wheeler and Android Mobile Handset. 4. Computer knowledge. (MS-Excel, Word) 5. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. |

Executive (Marketing) |
Graduate in any discipline with preferable post-graduate degree/diploma/ training in the field of Marketing. |
At least 5 years' experience for Graduate/3 years' experience for Post Graduate in the field of marketing & sales market research (preferably in dairy/food products). |

Assistant-I (Dairy) |
Minimum ITI pass in Electrical trade. |
2-3 years' work experience in dairy or food industries or any processing related industries. |
