• Candidates should hold a first-class Post Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Cooperative Banks, Small Finance Banks, or Microfinance institutions.

Experience:

• For the position of General Manager: Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial role.

• For the position of Deputy General Manager: Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with at least 3 years in a Senior Managerial role.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• The candidate must possess strategic thinking abilities and be a dynamic leader capable of leading, coaching, and mentoring a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills and high business acumen are essential.

• The candidate should have demonstrated these qualities while heading a department or being a senior member of a team.

• In-depth and specialized knowledge, as well as hands-on experience, in at least one or more of the following functions: Accounts, Finance, Taxation (including GST), Loans & Advances (including Cooperative Credit and Microfinance), Recovery & Collection (including legal aspects and relevant laws), Administration & HR, Compliance, Risk Management, and Inspection.
