Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Hydrology/ Geology/ Geo-Science/
Hydraulic & Water Resources/ Soil & Water Conservation/ Environmental
Engineering with a concentration in Hydrology or Water Science.

Desired
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as hydrologist in researching
the distribution, circulation and physical properties of the earth's
underground and surface waters.

Experience/
Knowledge in planning and executing fieldwork for collecting various data
sets related to hydrogeology.

Sound knowledge in conducting watershed and
stormwater studies.

Experience/
Knowledge in preparing various maps and figures including contour maps of
groundwater elevations, geologic structure, cross sections, water quality and
other hydro-geologic data.

Experience/
Knowledge in installation and maintenance water property and water quality
instrumentation

Skills: Good written and verbal
communication skills. Computer literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet,
and data analysis, etc.

Requirement:
The work will entail frequent traveling to the field.

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Environmental Science, Earth
Science, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experience in environmental and natural
resource management projects. - Preferably with experience in
rehabilitation of degraded forest, land, water and

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in BCA'PGDCA or any related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Management and management of
Information System. Knowledge of digitization equipment, software and
applications and hang experience in data pressing software programs including
Microsoft Suite would be an added advantage.

Skills: Good mitten and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet, and data
analysis, etc.

Selection Process
for Technical
Assistant, Data Management Executive Job Vacancy:

The Selection Process of Meghalaya Basin Management Agency Technical Assistant
and Data Management Executive Job Vacancy will be written technical test and personal interview for the positions. The written test will comprise of Subject Matter KnovAedge, General Knowledge. Reasoning, and English. The Written Test Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong. 

Duration of Contract: The duration of the contract will be for a period of 01 (one) year. The contract may be renewed subject to the performance satisfaction of MBMA and continuance of the project you are engaged with a detailed document of terms and conditions of engagement would be provided to the selected candidates and a deed agreement would have to be signed by the selected candidate with the MBMA to that effect

Note: No TA/DA shall be paid for attending written test and interview
