Qualification and Experience:

| Production | Full time Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering | Full Time Executive Experience in production, quality control, fuel efficiency, pyro processing preferably in dry process cement plant. |
| HR | Full time 2 years MBA/PG Diploma/MSW in HR/ Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/IR | Full Time Executive cadre experience in HR, Industrial Relations, Welfare, Labour Laws, Administrative Functions in reputed private company or Supervisory/Executive cadre in PSU. |
| Finance &. Accounts | CA/ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). | Executive experience in Finance & Accounts in manufacturing based company or PSU. |
| Finance & Accounts | CA/ICWA/Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). | Executive experience in Finance & Accounts in manufacturing company or in PSU at supervisory/executive level. |
| Mechanical | Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering | Executive experience in erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant and machinery in Cement industry or in PSU at supervisory/executive level. |
