Qualification Details:

1. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of one post of Member (Project) in the (pre-revised) pay scale of Rs. CPC) / Level 15 as per CPC in the National Highways Authority of India statutory body under the Ministry entrusted with the task of implementation of National Highways Projects. The vacancy is likely to arise w.e.f. 04/11/2020.
2. A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Project) unless he- ii. iii. Has degree in Civil Engineering; and Is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector undertaking or an autonomous body established under law for the time being in force;and (l) (a)ls holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000- 79000/ (60 CPC) at level 15 Of the pay matrix as per 7' CPC; or having eighteen years' experience in the field of the Highway Engineering related to implementation of the projects.

How to Apply :

A member shall hold office as such for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for reappointment for a further term Of two years . provided further that no member shall hold office as such after he has attained the age of Sixty-two years. Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules a Member shall hold office at the pleasure Of the Central Government.
