Qualifications/ Experience

Vice President- Strategy, Finance and
Accounts

(1) CA/CMA/CFA/PGDM/MBA from reputed institutes such as
IIMs/ISB etc

(2) Minimum 15 years of total professional experience of
which at least 5 years experience should in handling independently
Finance & Accounts, resource management, strategic financing, etc. in
infra/logistic management projects.

(3) Experience in senior positions in a finance/legal
functions in infrastructure/logistics companies will be preferred

(4) Experience in debt raising/resource mobilization would be
preferred

Vice
President- Logistics Infrastructure

(1) A Graduate Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Economics /
Transportation from an Institution recognized by AICTE/ NAAC or affiliated to
an Indian/Global University of repute or equivalent.

(2) Preferably a Post Graduate Degree in Engineering / Management
/ Economics/Transportation or a certified CA certification from an
Institution recognized by AICTE/ NAAC or affiliated to an Indian/global
University of repute or equivalent.

(3) Minimum 15 years of total professional experience of which
at least 5 years experience of handling infrastructure / logistic projects.

(4) Currently employed in the positions of Senior Management
level for the past 3 years in a logistics/infrastructure development company

Experience in leading infrastructure projects in the field of warehouse /
storage space/ logistics park development or projects in public
infrastructure development (highway, railways, airports, ports, etc)
preferably executed in the PPP Mode involving either of State Governments or
Central Government, Indian Railways in the last 5 years.

Vice
President- Passenger Convenience Infrastructure

(1) A Graduate Degree in
Engineering / Commerce / Economics / Transportation from an Institution
recognized by AICTE / NAAC or affiliated to an Indian/Global University of
repute or equivalent.

(2) Preferably a Post
Graduate Degree in Engineering / Management / Economics/Transportation or a
certified CA certification from an Institution recognized by AICTE/NAAC or
affiliated to an Indian/global University of repute or equivalent.

(3) Minimum 15 years of
total professional experience of which at least 5 years experience of
handling infrastructure / logistic projects.

(4) Currently employed
in the positions of Senior Management level for the past 3 years in a
passenger convenience/infrastructure development company.

(5) Experience of leading
infrastructure projects in the field of warehouse/storage space/ logistics
park development or projects in public infrastructure development (highway,
railways, airports, ports, etc) executed in the PPP Mode involving either of
State Governments or Central Government, Indian Railways in the last 5 years.

(6) Experience in the development of real estate/ hospitality/
convention/mall/tourism will be an added advantage.

Executive Assistant to Chairman/CEO's
Office

(1) Post Graduate Degree in
Planning/Management or MBA from an institution recognized by AICTE/NAAC or
affiliated to an Indian/Global University of repute or equivalent.

(2) Minimum five years of relevant full-time
work experience in fields of project planning, management consulting, capital markets or corporate strategy.

(3) Experience in large infrastructure projects supporting team leader or project manager.

(4) Strong financial modeling and
accounting knowledge with experience in building and analyzing P&L
statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements to provide recommendations
to CXOs on strategic initiatives.

(5) Highly proficient with MS Office along
with strong administration skills and the ability to maintain and implement
effective systems.

(5) Possess structured thinking, strong detail orientation, business acumen & exceptional analytical skills.

(6) Ability to work collaboratively with all team members and create a positive team culture.
