General Manager (Plant) | MBA/B.Pharma/BAMS/BUMS/M.Sc/BE/ B.Tech or equivalent from recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks | 20 years' post qualification experience in the Executive cadre of Pharma/ Ayurvedic / Unani medicines manufacturing unit, out of which minimum 2 years should be in the immediate lower level/equivalent post. |
Assistant General Manager (Marketing) | MBA/ PGDBM or equivalent with Specialization in Marketing with 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with Graduation in Science. Or Post-graduation in Pharmacy with minimum 60% marks. | 17 years post qualification experience in the Marketing field of Pharma / Ayurvedic /Unani medicines |
Deputy Manager (Production) | B. Pharma, B. Pharma (Ayurveda) from recognized University/Institution with 60% marks. | 5 years post qualification experience in Pharma/ Ayurvedic / Unani medicine manufacturing unit. |
