• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant

• MBA in Finance

• Passed SAS/equivalent exam of organized Accounts Cadre of Central or State Government.

Other criteria:

1. Retired Officer: Must be retired from the Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies, or Public Sector Banks.

2. Experience Level: Should have held at least a pay level of 8 or an equivalent post in the Central or State Government, PSUs, or similar institutions.

3. Work Experience: Must have prior experience in finance, accounts, and bill payment processes within government departments or similar organizations.

4. Computer Skills: Should be well-versed in working in a computer environment.
