The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has announced a notification for the recruitment of Law Research Associates Vacancy. Eligible Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the notification & Apply.

Candidate should be a Graduate in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from any School/College/University/Institute established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court;

Candidates who have passed all his/her Examinations within the duration of their Course are alone eligible to apply;

Candidates who have obtained his/her Law Degree/LLM not earlier than two years as on the date of advertisement or any other date specified in the advertisement, are only eligible to apply for the assignment as Law Research Associate.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is a quasi-judicial body in India that adjudicates issues relating to Indian companies. The tribunal, established under the Companies Act 2013, was constituted on 1 June 2016 by the government of India and is based on the recommendation of the V. Balakrishna Eradi committee on law relating to the insolvency and the winding up of companies.

All proceedings under the Companies Act, including proceedings relating to arbitration, compromise, arrangements, reconstructions and winding up of companies, are to be before the NCLT. The NCLT bench is chaired by a Judicial member, who is to be a serving or retired High Court Judge, and a Technical member, who must be from the Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) cadre.
