RVNL stands for Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, which is a public sector enterprise owned by the Government of India. It was established in 2003 with the aim of financing, building, and maintaining railway infrastructure in India. The main objective of RVNL is to improve and enhance railway infrastructure by undertaking projects related to rail connectivity, modernization of signaling and telecommunications, construction of new railway lines, doubling and electrification of existing railway lines, and other related activities.
