The application form submitted should have exact post mentioned you want to apply for either on the envelope or subject line of email .With the application form, recent passport size photograph and self attested documents like updated resume, educational background certificate, experience certificate, proof of salary from previous organisation, identity proof (pan card / aadhar card), additional qualification certificate should be submitted.
The candidates will have to appear for written / technical test and personal interview for the post. The written test will cover subject matter knowledge, General knowledge, Reasoning and English. The written test and interview will be held in Shillong itself. Selection will be done based on both written test and interview.
