Director 

An
eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/relevant
discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research
with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications
in the peer-reviewed or

UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria
given in of (UGC Regulations On Minimum Qualifications For Appointment Of
Teachers And Other Academic Staff In Universities And Colleges And Other
Measures For The Maintenance Of Standards In Higher Education, 2018)

Minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university /college as
Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor, and/or research
experience at the equivalent level at the University/ National Level Institutions
with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate.

An
eminent scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in
research. with ten years of experience in post-graduate teaching, and/or
experience in research at the University/National level institutions,
including experience of guiding research at doctoral level;

In
exceptional cases, teachers with 15 years of undergraduate teaching/research
experience can also be considered; OR An outstanding scholar with established
reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge; And Three
years of experience in Educational Administration

A
Master's Degree in any subject with consistantly good academic record. About
ten years of regular service in Media or Mass Communication, specially
Television, as Producer/Director or Engineer or Researcher or Administrator
with emphasis on ability for software development, visualization and
conceptualization of programmes and their development.

Good communication skills to involve University Academics in ETV Production
and Leadership qualities to manage Media Technical and Administrative staff
and to coordinate production activity with Academic persons.

The candidate will have to show/demonstrate software developed by him/her
when called for interview. OR An outstanding scholar with established
reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge in the area of
Mass Media (Television)
