Indian Institute of Management Shillong (IIM Shillong or IIM-S), formerly Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management Shillong (RGIIM), is a public, fully autonomous management institute in the city of Shillong, Meghalaya. It was the seventh Indian Institute of Management to be established in India. Established in 2007, IIM Shillong offers postgraduate, doctoral, and executive programmes in management education, and Management Development Programmes (MDPs) spanning different streams of management. Admissions to the institute are based on scores obtained in the Common Admission Test (CAT) and further the group discussion and personal interview rounds. In addition, the institute has a Centre for Development of North Eastern Region (CEDNER), constituted to offer programmes relevant to the local community and society of the state and the region.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Young Professionals who are willing to work in different roles and verticals and contribute to scripting the exciting development story of Arunachal Pradesh. The Young Professionals are designed to provide valuable experience to youth interested in the social development sector and to cultivate young leaders, strengthen their understanding of the public administration and prepare them for greater leadership roles in future. Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for Indian Institute of Management Shillong Job Vacancy:

Essential: Post Graduation/Master Degree from reputed universities having a minimum of 60%.

Desirable: Candidates having B.Tech, MBA from the national institute of importance like IIM/IIT/ISB etc would be preferred. 1 (One) candidate having a legal background is required

Experience : 1 (One) year of work experience in the relevant field is desired. However, freshers can also apply.
