It was established in 2010 and started functioning from its temporary campus in Shillong in 2012.

Educational Qualification

As per NIT Meghalaya official notification candidate should have completed ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Material Science Engineering from any of the recognized board or University.

Experience Details

Candidate Should have worked in surface modification using advanced machining processes for material deposition purpose and should have good knowledge of simulating software and soft computing techniques like ANN, Fuzzy and GA etc. using Matlab Software.
