Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Editor vacancy:

To be suitable for the advertised post of Assistant Editor in DIPR Assam, candidate must be Graduate (Arts, Science and Commerce). He/ She shall have practical proficiency in Computer typing in Assamese and must have appropriate knowledge of Internet. Intending candidate must have 5 (five) years of working experience in Editorial desk/ Magazine (print media) approved by Assam Govt

Along with the form, he/she enclose requisite documents and self attested 2 (two) recent passport size photographs to Sri P.K.Hazarika, Deputy Director of Information & Public Relations, Assam, Last Gate, Dispur, Guwahati-6 by 11/01/2021.

It is to be noted that intending candidate shall report to the Director of Information & Public Relations, Assam, Dispur, Guwahati-6 for the walk in interview interview which is scheduled on 19/01/2020 at 10.00 A.M.

Selection Procedure of Assistant Editor:

The selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of their performance in Viva-voce and practical Computer test.
