Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Tradesman mate:

To be suitable for the advertised post of Tradesman Mate in Indian Navy, candidate must have at least passed 10th Standard from a recognized Board / Institutions and Certificate from a recognised Industrial Training Institute ( ITI)

Selection Procedure for Indian Navy Tradesman-mate:

Aspiring candidates shall have to appear in the online computer-based examination comprising of objective type questions based on essential qualifications i.e. Matriculation and ITI, in both English & Hindi (except for General English) covering aspects given below.

1. General Intelligence and Reasoning: 25 Marks

2. Numerical Aptitude/ Quantitative Ability: 25 Marks

3. General English & Comprehension: 25 Marks

4. General Awareness: 25 Marks

The selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of their performance in examination.
