About UIDAI

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is a statutory authority established under the provisions of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 ("Aadhaar Act 2016") on 12 July 2016 by the Government of India, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The Aadhaar Act 2016 has been amended by the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019 (14 of 2019) w.e.f. 25.07.2019.

UIDAI was created to issue Unique Identification numbers (UID), named as "Aadhaar", to all residents of India. The UID had to be (a) robust enough to eliminate duplicate and fake identities, and (b) verifiable and authenticable in an easy, cost-effective way. As on 31st October 2021, the Authority has issued 131.68 crore Aadhaar numbers to the residents of India.

UIDAI Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Details

Educational Qualification and experience:

(a) BE / B Tech in Computer Science / MCA/Engineering with 5 years of experience in total and 4 years in grievances support or customer support or

(b) Bachelor in Science with 8 years of experience including 6 years in grievances support or customer support with good knowledge of computer

(c) Internal to UIDAI contractual or outsourced staff- B Tech/ BE total 5 year experience and minimum 3 years of experience with UIDAI in technical tasks only

Job Profile:

a) Responsible for providing proper Resolution for the grievance cases received Through online (i.e.) PMOPG Portal

b) Provide proper Resolution for the grievance cases received from Residents through Mail /Post

c) Work on the set of complaints, segregate based on the risk levels and ensure remediation

d) Assist in any other work incidental to the resolution of grievances, preparation of educational material

e) Work closely with internal and external teams on enrolment and authentication issues relevant to resident grievances, prepare concept notes and follow up till development of the solutions.

f) Provide proper Resolution for the grievance cases received from HQ & ROs and other senior officials

g) To find out Duplicate Enrollments through Analysis

h) Follow up with MSP for proper solution for various Service Requests created

i) Drafting the reply for RTI query

j) Any other task assigned by ADG(Biometric) or UIDAI

CTC:

Upto 12 Lakhs Per Annum
