EXIM Bank Officers Salary

Remuneration will be offered based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate, and market benchmark. The remuneration will have 70% fixed and 30% variable components. The variable component will be based on the performance of the candidate.

Selection will be through screening and shortlisting of applications, followed by a personal Interview.
