The District Selection Committee, Ri Bhoi District invites applications (online mode only) from candidates residing permanently in Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya for the post of Forest Guard. For a person with a PWD, the application fee is exempted subject to furnishing of disability certificate to the DSC (as per notification NO.PER (AR)150/88/Pt./282 dated 25th January 2021 and No. PER (AR)72/76/30 dated 1st May 1978.
SSLC Passed. Candidate must possess the minimum physical standards/fitness as prescribed below.
Height male: 163 cms
Chest male: 84 Cms (+05 on expanded)
Height female: 150 Cms
Chest female: 79cms(+05 on expanded)
Minimum height for SC/ST Male: 152 cms and Female 145 cms.
Candidates must be qualified for a physical test consisting of 25 Km for male candidates and 16 Km for female candidates to be completed Within 4 (four) hrs.
