The Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Field Supervisor under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) aided project “Climate Resilient Brahmaputra Integrated Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Program (CRBIFRERMP)” and the World Bank aided “Assam Integrated River Basin Management Program (AIRBMP)” on contractual basis. Salary: Rs 36,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes). TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms
Location: Assam
Last Date: 27th November, 2024
i) Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences with 55% marks from a recognized University or Institution. Post Graduate Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Developmental Studies and Public Administration will get preference.
ii) At least 3 years of field experience especially in conducting census surveys, coordinating trainings and public meetings with District Administration and other Govt. offices would be preferred. Knowledge of Land Acquisition procedures of the Govt. is desirable.
iii) Minimum age limit shall be not less than 25 years and Maximum age limit is 45 years as
on the 1st day of the advertisement year.
iv) Should be skilled in writing reports in English/Assamese and should be fluent in Assamese language.
v) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
vi) Qualified Women candidates is desirable
