Qualification for Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) Job Vacancy at IIPH Shillong Recruitment 2024

• Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Master’s of Social Work (MSW), Master’s in Digital Communication Management, Mass Communication Programme or a related discipline.

• Work experience:
  # At least 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on health-related projects, is desirable.
  # Relevant experience includes managing health programs, healthcare projects, or public health initiatives.
  # Experience in developing and implementing health interventions and community engagement strategies.

• Desirable:
  # Proven experience in developing IEC/BCC materials and training modules.
  # Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
  # Experience in risk communication and community mobilization is highly desirable.
