Qualification for Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) Job Vacancy at AIIMS Guwahati Recruitment 2025

1. First Class Post Graduate Degree (public health/psychology/social work), including the integrated PG Degrees

2. Second Class Post Graduate Degree (public health/psychology/social work), including the integrated PG Degrees with a PhD

Desirable :

1. At least two years of experience in research projects

2. Experience of working in health sector/community settings/mental healthcare settings

3. Fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese

4. Proficiency in computer skills including use of MS Office

5. Experience of electronic data collection

Job Roles :

1. Manage daily operations of the research project

2. Supervise staff involved in intervention delivery, data entry, and management

3. Oversee data collection staff and study participant follow-up

4. Coordinate intervention components with PI and field staff

5. Conduct project staff meetings and maintain quality control measures

6. Prepare regular project reports for ICMR

7. Oversee project budget and accounting

8. Coordinate with the institution’s technical and administrative units, and the ICMR.
