Churachandpur Medical College (CMC), Government of Manipur has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Senior Resident & Assistant Professor Vacancy. More details about the recruitment are provided below:

Educational Qualification

The applicant must possess a Postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956 and National Medical Commission Act, 2019). They must also be registered in a State Medical Council or National Medical Council, except in the case of teachers with non-medical qualifications.

The application form in hard copy along with the copies of supporting documents (self-attested) in the prescribed format should be submitted to the Director, Churachandpur Medical College on or before 25th April, 2023. The Churachandpur Medical College (CMC) is a project initiated directly under the Government of Manipur with a mission to narrow the gap between the people and health care professionals. CMC is the third Medical Institution in State (Manipur) and the first Medical College under the Government of Manipur in hill district with 100 MBBS intake capacity annually. This Medical College is affiliated under the University of Manipur. CMC got official permission for admission of 100 students to MBBS Course from the National Medical Commission: Medical Assessment & Rating Board (MARB), Undergraduate Section vide letter No. NMC/UG/2022/000111/ dated 23/08/2022.
